Simple Cinnamon Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Flatten one can of crescent roll dough to fit a 9 x 13 inch baking pan
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth
  4. Spread over dough
  5. Top with second can of crescent roll dough
  6. Brush top with melted butter
  7. Mix remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over top
  8. Bake 30 minutes, until dough is puffed and golden
  9. Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours
