Ingredients
- Serves: 6
- 15 oz can chickpeas
- 15 oz can coconut milk
- 15 oz can tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 onions, diced
- salt
Method
- Add all ingredients except cilantro into the slow cooker and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
