Ingredients
- Serves: 6
- 1 lb dried black-eyed peas, soak for overnight
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 garlic clove, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method
- Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
