Ingredients
- 1 pound kosher salt
- 16 medium shrimp, heads on
Method
- Spread the salt on a flat griddle or in a medium frying pan and heat over medium-high heat
- When the salt is hot, lay half the shrimp on the salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
- Turn them over and cook for another 2 minutes
- Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and repeat with the remaining shrimp
- Serve immediately
