Seven Grain Millet Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 2/3 cup seven grain flour
  • 1/3 cup millet seeds – lightly toasted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup water – plus 3 tb
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
