Ingredients
- 6 ounces crabmeat
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsps chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pinch pie cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch pie paprika
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Remove any shells or cartilage that you may find from the crab meat
- Combine all the ingredients except paprika which are mentioned; in a bowl and pour this mixture into the prepared dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
