Ingredients
- Serves: 6
- 12 oz paneer cheese
- 8 oz fresh spinach, chopped
- 30 oz frozen spinach, thawed
- 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 1/2 cups can tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Add all ingredients except fresh spinach and paneer into the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Add fresh spinach and cook for 1 hour.
- Using immersion blender blend mixture until smooth.
- Add paneer cheese and cook for 1 hour.
- Serve and enjoy.
