Scented Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 1

• butter, at room temperature
• 2 slices white bread

Method

1. Edible fresh rose petals, nasturtiums or violets Butter 1 slice of bread, lay the petals or flowers on it, then butter the second slice of bread and sandwich them together
2. Cover and leave in a cool place overnight
3. In the morning, remove and discard the flowers, except for a few petals to grace the inside of the sandwich
4. Remove the crusts and cut into fingers, then serve
