Salmon Turnover Puffs Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 tb Margarine or butter
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 3/4 c Ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 3/4 c (1 small can) salmon
  • — drained
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • fillo dough.

Method

  1. Melt butter or margarine and olive oil and set aside
  2. Mix cheeses, salmon and garlic
  3. Stack three sheets fillo dough together with butter mixture in between
  4. Cut into six strips
  5. Put small tablespoon filling on end of each strip
  6. Diagonally roll folding over on itself
  7. Brush with more butter
  8. Bake until golden at degrees F
