Salmon-Spinach Party Dip Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon — (7 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach — thawed and
  • — thoroughly drained
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parsley — chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions — chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • assorted raw vegetables and crackers

Method

  1. Drain and flake salmon
  2. Combine flaked salmon with remaining ingredients, except vegetables and crackers
  3. Chill several hours to blend flavors
  4. Serve dip with vegetables and crackers
  5. Makes 16 servings, about 4 cups
