Salmon Pasta Salad Seafood Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon — (15 1/2 oz.)
- 8 ounces fusilli or macaroni — cooked, drained

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes — cut in half
- 2 cups sliced cucumber
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese — cut into thin

- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- lemon Dressing: — (10 oz. ), thawed.
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic — minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- black pepper — to taste
Method
- Drain and flake salmon
- Toss flaked salmon with remaining ingredients in large serving bowl
- Toss with Lemon Dressing and serve
- Lemon Dressing: Whisk together ingredients until well combined
