Salmon Italianne Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds salmon fillet
  • mayonnaise.
  • ketchup.
  • 4 strips bacon — cut in 1″ pieces
  • 3/4 cup finely minced onion

Method

  1. Line baking pan with a sheet of tin foil
  2. Cut salmon into about six pieces (each about 3 x 3)
  3. Cover the pieces with a thick layer of mayonnaise (about 1/3 thick)
  4. Cover the mayonnaise with a very thin layer of ketchup
  5. Sprinkle minced onion over each serving and divide the bacon evenly over the fish
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
