Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsps (24 g) flour
- 455g salmon, drained and flaked
- ½ cup (80 g) chopped onion
- 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- dash nutmeg
Method
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Place half of the potatoes in slow cooker
- Sprinkle with half of the flour
- Cover with half the flaked salmon and then sprinkle with half the onion
- Repeat layers
- Combine soup and water; pour over top of potato and salmon mixture
- Sprinkle with just a dash of nutmeg
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until potatoes are tender
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 316 g water; 323 calories (15% from fat, 27% from protein, 58% from carb)
