Air Fryer Roasted Garlic
Ingredients
YIELD s 12 cloves (1 per serving).:
- 1 medium head garlic
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
Method
- Remove any hanging excess peel from the garlic but leave the cloves covered
- Cut off 1/4 of the head of garlic, exposing the tips of the cloves
- Drizzle with avocado oil
- Place the garlic head into a small sheet of aluminum foil, completely enclosing it
- Place it into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 20 minutes
- If your garlic head is a bit smaller, check it after 15 minutes
- When done, garlic should be golden brown and very soft
- To serve, cloves should pop out and easily be spread or sliced
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days
- You may also freeze individual cloves on a baking sheet, then store together in a freezer-safe storage bag once frozen
