Air Fryer Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

YIELD s 12 cloves (1 per serving).:

  • 1 medium head garlic
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil

Method

  1. Remove any hanging excess peel from the garlic but leave the cloves covered
  2. Cut off 1/4 of the head of garlic, exposing the tips of the cloves
  3. Drizzle with avocado oil
  4. Place the garlic head into a small sheet of aluminum foil, completely enclosing it
  5. Place it into the air fryer basket
  6. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 20 minutes
  7. If your garlic head is a bit smaller, check it after 15 minutes
  8. When done, garlic should be golden brown and very soft
  9. To serve, cloves should pop out and easily be spread or sliced
  10. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days
  11. You may also freeze individual cloves on a baking sheet, then store together in a freezer-safe storage bag once frozen
