Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F
- Lightly oil a baking sheet and set aside
- Steam the Brussels sprouts until just tender, about 5 minutes, then spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet
- Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Roast the Brussels sprouts until slightly browned, about 8 minutes
- Transfer to a serving bowl, add the lemon juice and toss gently to combine
- Serve immediately
