Ingredients
- Serving Size : 6
- 2 pounds red snapper steaks – or other fish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 can sliced mushrooms – drained (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine – melted
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
Method
- Thaw frozen steaks.
- Cut into serving size portions.
- Place in a greased baking dish, 12x8x2 inches.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top of fish.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
