  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Start by preheating an oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.
  3. Mix all of the above ingredients until well combined.
  4. Then, place tablespoon-sized heaps of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake at the preheated oven for 8 minutes, until the edges start to brown.
  6. Allow the cheese crisps to cool slightly; then, place them on paper towels to drain the excess fat.
