- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Method
- Start by preheating an oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.
- Mix all of the above ingredients until well combined.
- Then, place tablespoon-sized heaps of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at the preheated oven for 8 minutes, until the edges start to brown.
- Allow the cheese crisps to cool slightly; then, place them on paper towels to drain the excess fat.
