Banana Drops
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 1/2 Cup Butter – softened
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Large Bananas – cut in chunks
- 1 1/2 Cups Oats
- 1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Raisins, Seedless – dark
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in bananas until mixed.
- With spoon, stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
- Onto 2 large cookie sheets, drop dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- With pancake turner, remove cookies immediately to wire racks; cool.
- Makes about 40 cookies.
