Ingredients

- 4 Cups Peaches – cut up
- 1/4 Cup Onions – finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 3/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Peel – grated
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Seedless Raisins
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in wide bottom pan.
- Cook slowly until clear and thickened, stirring frequently.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
- Makes approximately 2 pints.
