Air Fryer Loaded Cauliflower Steak

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup full-fat ranch dressing

Method

  1. Remove cauliflower leaves
  2. Slice the head in 1/2-thick slices
  3. In a small bowl, mix hot sauce and butter
  4. Brush the mixture over the cauliflower
  5. Place each cauliflower steak into the air fryer, working in batches if necessary
  6. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes
  7. When cooked, edges will begin turning dark and caramelized
  8. To serve, sprinkle steaks with crumbled blue cheese
  9. Drizzle with ranch dressing
