Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 to 8 slices of Prosciutto
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • garlic cloves.
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Filet the chicken into halves and flatten with a meat mallet
  2. Trim the asparagus spears to desired length
  3. Place the chopped garlic along with 3 strips of the asparagus inside the chicken filet and roll up
  4. Roll a slice of prosciutto around the chicken and poke a toothpick through to hold together
  5. Place the rolls in the crock pot and cook for 4 hours on low
