Air Fryer Best Pulled Pork
Ingredients
SERVES 8.
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 (4-pound) pork shoulder
Method
- In a small bowl, mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and cumin
- Rub the spice mixture over the pork shoulder, patting it into the skin
- Place pork shoulder into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 150 minutes
- Pork skin will be crispy and meat easily shredded with two forks when done
- The internal temperature should be at least 145°F
