Portuguese Milk Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 cube butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Method
- Mix sugar, eggs, butter, flour and add milk in saucepan small amounts at a time, mix well
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
