Ingredients
- 2-4 lb. Country style pork ribs
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir
- Pour over ribs
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered then turn ribs over, recover, lower oven to 300 degrees, bake 1 hour more
- Uncover – bake 10 minutes more to brown
