Portuguese Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. yeast
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Allow to rise
  3. Shape into loaves and allow to rise again
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven
  5. Make 4 small loaves
