Ingredients

- 560g low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pound (455 g) frozen green beans
- 2-3 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup (130 g) chopped carrots
- 1 cup (160 g) diced onions
- 700 ml water
- ½ cup (50 g) chopped celery
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Method
- Brown ground pork in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Combine pork and remaining ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on low 8 to 10 hours
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 458 g water; 498 calories (46% from fat, 20% from protein, 34% from carb)
