Ingredients

- ½ cup (80 g) chopped onion
- 1 sweet potato, cubed and peeled

Method
- Brown meat and onion in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Drain and place in slow cooker
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours
