Ingredients
- 1 pound (900 g) lean ground beef
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- 480 ml refried beans
- 1½ cups (390 g) picante sauce
- dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
Method
- Combine ingredients in small slow cooker and heat until warm and cheese is melted, about 1 hour
- Serve with corn chips
- Yield: 16 servings
- Per serving: 17 g water; 115 calories (21% from fat, 24% from protein, 55% from carb)
