Perfect Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 1/2 cup butter – melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 4 Eggs – beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 unbaked 9″ pie shell
  • 1 cup pecan halves

Method

  1. Combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and salt; blend well.
  4. Pour filling into pie shell, and top with pecan halves.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
