Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 1/2 cup butter – melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 4 Eggs – beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked 9″ pie shell
- 1 cup pecan halves
Method
- Combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
- Cool.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and salt; blend well.
- Pour filling into pie shell, and top with pecan halves.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
