Ingredients
- 1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread
- 1 (20 oz.) cans of undrained pineapple
- 1 C. margarine ( melted)
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Method
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else and grease a 13×9-inch baking dish
- Carefully, remove the thin crusts from the bread loaf and then, tear into small pieces
- Arrange the bread pieces in the bottom of prepared baking dish and top with the pineapple with the juice evenly
- Keep aside
- In a bowl, add the margarine and sugar and beat until creamy
- Add the eggs and mix well
- Place the egg mixture over bread and pineapple evenly and sprinkle with the pecans
- Cook in the oven for about 40 minutes
