Pecan Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread
  • 1 (20 oz.) cans of undrained pineapple
  • 1 C. margarine ( melted)
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 5 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 C. chopped pecans

Method

  1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else and grease a 13×9-inch baking dish
  2. Carefully, remove the thin crusts from the bread loaf and then, tear into small pieces
  3. Arrange the bread pieces in the bottom of prepared baking dish and top with the pineapple with the juice evenly
  4. Keep aside
  5. In a bowl, add the margarine and sugar and beat until creamy
  6. Add the eggs and mix well
  7. Place the egg mixture over bread and pineapple evenly and sprinkle with the pecans
  8. Cook in the oven for about 40 minutes
