Ingredients
- 1 2 L low-salt vegetable broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp (7.5 g) chili powder
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 225g uncooked pasta
- ½ cup (75 g) diced green bell pepper
- ½ cup (75 g) diced red bell pepper
- ¾ cup (120 g) diced onion
- 1 can (15 ounces, or 425 g) no-salt-added kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Method
- Combine broth, cumin, chili powder, and garlic in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high until mixture comes to boil
- Per serving: 216 g water; 206 calories (7% from fat, 24% from protein, 70% from carb)
