Ingredients
- 225g mushrooms, sliced
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup (14 g) chopped sun dried tomatoes
- ½ cup (120 ml) dry white wine
- ½ cup (120 ml) vegetable broth
- ¼ cup (15 g) chopped Italian parsley
- 1 pound (455 g) pasta
Method
- Combine all ingredients except the pasta in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low 4 to 6 hours
- Cook pasta according to directions on box and serve with sauce
- Yield: 4 servings
