Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- salt
- coconut oil
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ cup water

Method
- Taking out a bowl, combine the almond flour, applesauce, coconut flour, eggs, water, nutmeg, and salt
- You will want to make sure that everything is mixed well together before continuing
- Next you can take out a skillet and place it and some coconut oil on the stove
- When the skillet is warmed up, take about ¼ of your batter and drop it on the skillet
- Once the edges start to bubble a little, you can flip your pancake over and allow the other side to cook
- Repeat this process so that you use up the batter
- When all of the pancakes are done you can top on fresh berries and enjoy
