Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • coconut oil
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ cup water
  • berries

Method

  1. Taking out a bowl, combine the almond flour, applesauce, coconut flour, eggs, water, nutmeg, and salt
  2. You will want to make sure that everything is mixed well together before continuing
  3. Next you can take out a skillet and place it and some coconut oil on the stove
  4. When the skillet is warmed up, take about ¼ of your batter and drop it on the skillet
  5. Once the edges start to bubble a little, you can flip your pancake over and allow the other side to cook
  6. Repeat this process so that you use up the batter
  7. When all of the pancakes are done you can top on fresh berries and enjoy
