Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 3 oranges, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh or dried figs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweetened dried cherries
Method
- In a bowl, combine the oranges, figs and walnuts
- Add the coconut, lemon juice and sugar
- Toss gently to combine
- Sprinkle with the cherries and serve
