Onions Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 6 medium onions – sliced
- salt and pepper – to taste
White Sauce – see recipe
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- paprika – if desired
Method
- Cook onions in boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain water off
- Make White sauce.
- Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
- Add onions and heat well.
- Pour in serving dish and add paprika on top if desired.
