Ingredients

  • 1 cup texas chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt, to taste
  • Method

  • In a medium non-reactive bowl, combine onion, peppers, pineapple, cilantro and salt.
  • Cover and refrigerate several hours to let flavors blend.
  • Makes 12 servings.
