Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 3 cups mincemeat
- 1 1/2 cups chopped apples
- 2 pie shells – or pie pastry
Method
- In place of the 3 cups of mincemeat you can use 2 cups mincemeat and 1 cup raisins.
- Mix mincemeat and apples.
- Pour into pie shells.
- Cover with a top crust.
- Cut slits in top crust.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 425 degree oven until crust is browned.
- Serve warm.
