Nanas Pumpkin Squares Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup vegetable or cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 16-oz. can pumpkin
Frosting:
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine 2 cups powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350F.
For the cake, mix all dry ingredients, then add oil, eggs, and pumpkin
Method
- Beat with mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes
- Pour in greased and floured jellyroll pan 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 X 1 in and bake for 25 minutes
- Once the cake is totally cooled, mix frosting ingredients with a mixer and frost
