Moms Rhubarb Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 cups rhubarb – sliced thin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream (not whipped)
  • 1/2 cup nuts – chopped

Method

  1. Mix cake as directed on box.
  2. Pour into greased 9 x 13″ pan.
  3. Sprinkle rhubarb and nuts over cake batter.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar on top.
  5. Last; pour cream over top.
  6. Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes.
  7. This is GREAT!.
