Ingredients
Serves 4-6
- 250 grams of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of Olives (green)
- 1 Chile
- 4 tablespoons of Beans (refried)
- 4 Tortillas (toasted)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of Chives
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method
- Chop the onion, garlic, chili, olives
- Put a frying pan on high heat with a little oil
- Saute the meat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add the onion, garlic, chili, olives and scallions, and salt
- Saute another 4 minutes
- Add the refried beans, mix well for 2 minutes
- Put the heat on low
- Add the hot sauce and cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently
