Mexican Beef And Bean Dip Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455 g) lean ground beef
  • ½ cup (80 g) chopped onion
  • ¾ cup (175 g) mild picante sauce
  • 512 g cooked kidney beans
  • 1 cup (230 g) sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 225g Cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  1. Jalapenos or mild chili peppers, chopped, to taste
  2. Cook ground beef with onion in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain
  3. Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients together in slow cooker and cook on low about 3 to 4 hours
  4. Serve with your favorite vegetables or chips
  5. Yield: 32 servings
  6. Per serving: 32 g water; 88 calories (59% from fat, 26% from protein, 15% from carb)
