Ingredients
Makes 6 servings
- 2 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla soy milk
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1/3 cup golden raisins or sweetened dried cranberries
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Lightly oil a 9-inch square baking pan
- Combine all the ingredients in the prepared pan, stirring until well blended
- Bake until hot, about 45 minutes
- Serve warm or cold
