- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted raw honey or agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 2-ounce disposable cups, preferably plastic; wooden craft sticks, cut in half
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth
- Evenly distribute the mixture among the 2-ounce cups; then place in the freezer for 1 hour
- After 1 hour, add a craft stick to each cup, then freeze overnight or at least 6 more hours
- When you’re ready to enjoy a pop, run lukewarm water around the plastic cup, grab the stick, and twist the pop out
