Mango Cream Ice Pops Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 10 ICE POPS

Prep: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 7 HOURS IN THE FREEZER

Serving size 1 ice pop

Calories 56 Protein 2 g Carbohydrates 10 g Fat <1 g Fiber <1 g Sugar 9 g Sodium 11 mg

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted raw honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2-ounce disposable cups, preferably plastic; wooden craft sticks, cut in half

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth
  2. Evenly distribute the mixture among the 2-ounce cups; then place in the freezer for 1 hour
  3. After 1 hour, add a craft stick to each cup, then freeze overnight or at least 6 more hours
  4. When you’re ready to enjoy a pop, run lukewarm water around the plastic cup, grab the stick, and twist the pop out
