Ingredients
Makes 1 SMOOTHIE
Calories 260 Protein 4 g Carbohydrates 65 g Fat 1 g Fiber 5 g Sugar 47 g Sodium 10 g.:
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (from about 3 oranges)
- juice of 2 limes (or less to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- handful of ice cubes (if desired).
- garnish: chili powder
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender
- Blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes
- Begin at the lowest speed and gradually increase to the highest
- Garnish and serve
- Dredge the rim and top of the glass in a mixture of salt and chili powder
