Mango Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
Servings : 2-4 dishes.
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Place the mango flesh in a blender and puree until smooth
- Stir in the sugar, coconut milk, coconut cream and chocolate chips then pour the mixture into your ice cream maker
- Churn according to your machine’s instructions then serve immediately or store in the freezer in an airtight container
