Low Fat Whole Wheat Ratatouille Calzone Part 2 Recipe

Ingredients

WHOLE WHEAT CALZONE DOUGH

  • 1 Package active dry yeast
  • 3/4 Cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 Cups whole wheat flour

Method

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
  2. Stir in sugar, salt, oil and cup of the flour.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
  5. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
  6. Knead about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  7. Cover with bowl and let rest 5 minutes.
