Low Fat Overnight Muesli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Method

  • Stir 1 cup uncooked oats (quick or old-fashioned), 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt, one 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (undrained), 3 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract until blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to 4 days.
  • Serve with sliced fruit and toasted nuts.
