Low Fat Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, peeled, pits removed
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 serrano pepper, or jalapeno pepper, seeded , finely chopped
  • Method

  • Coarsely chop mangoes to make 1 1/2 cups.
  • In medium bowl, combine mangoes with green onion, lime juice, cilantro and hot pepper; mix lightly.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Makes 1 1/2 cups.
