Low Fat Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • Method

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk until well combined.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Serves 6
  • Serve over sliced steamed new red potatoes and steamed green vegetables
