Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, 12 ounces total
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- nonstick spray coating
- 2 tablespoons fat-free italian salad dressing
- 4 whole-grain hamburger buns, toasted
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 thin slices red onion
- 4 tomato slices
- 1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Method
- Rinse chicken; pat dry.
- Brush with soy sauce.
- Spray an unheated large skillet with nonstick coating.
- Heat skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook 8 to 10 minutes or till chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once.
- Drizzle chicken with salad dressing.
- Serve on buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, and cucumber.
